Speed up file browsing - LAN, WAN, and via WAFS devices
Do you notice a sluggish response when browsing folders across your network at any level? This includes browsing via LAN, WAN, and via WAFS devices such as Steelheads. If your folders contain AutoCAD files then be sure to turn off the "digital signature" icon display.What do I need to do?
1.) Open a windows browser window.
2.) Search for and navigate to an AutoCAD file.
3.) Right click while your mouse is over the file and choose. (see image below)
a. “Enable/Disable Digital Signature”
b. Make sure the check box is not checked. (See image below)
4.) Restart your PC.
